				<title>Time Heals Everything
Nobody was in the house on the eve of Nomus&#039;s third birthday. There will be no birthday celebrations for the day. So he returned to the road to see the people. However, the road was nearly deserted. A few dead bodies were lying around, and the dogs were busy. One nicely suited man approached him and said, &quot;Happy Birthday to you, our little master.&quot; He was astonished to hear that remark! However, solemnly asked the visitor, &quot;Who are you?&quot; The handsome man said, “I am the President of Pakistan and came to see you.&quot; He also added, &quot;We actually came to talk to your Prime Minister about the election.&quot; He noticed another man with him. He asked, &quot;Who is that man?&quot; &quot;He is from India,&quot; the President responded. A military man, who later became our President. &quot;Hum, no time wasting, no election this time,&quot; Nomus said. &quot;Begin a war two weeks after my birthday and end it one day before Christmas.&quot; &quot;OK, as you say, it will be done as per,&quot; they both said. The young boy was happy to be in charge because no one at home paid attention to his requests. They sped away in a jeep. He did not say anything about that incident to anyone.
However, after a few days, Nomus did manage to go up to the road again. There was an old shrine in the centre of the roads. It was two stories. On the first floor, there was a place to chain horses for passersby. On the ground floor was the grave of a local saint.
People used to come here and give money in a big box fixed against the outer wall. There, Nomus met a little girl of his age. She told him that her whole family would be leaving in a big boat because the Pakistan military would be attacking the country soon. He had mixed feelings about that news. If she went away, with whom would he play? Besides, he was happy to learn that soon he would be in a newly independent country.
Nomus requested some Rixa Pullers transport him home. Nevertheless, they refused to take Nomus. He dashed back to his house and told everyone what had happened. Nobody believed him. Everyone assumed that this little boy was making fun of him. As a result, nobody cared. However, after a day, when they saw some cops fleeing or running down the street, they all realised something was wrong. They later learned via radio that the Pakistani military had attacked everywhere. Their entire family boarded a large boat a few days later. Some men were pulling it by ropes. It was interesting to see the elderly. They were concerned and prayed to their God to have mercy on them. The woman had been sobbing nonstop. His young paternal uncles, on the other hand, were overjoyed to receive the firearms. They did set fire to the sky on occasion. Nomus was, of course, overjoyed at the time. It was a new experience for him.
However, they arrived in the village at his maternal grandfather&#039;s house after a long boat ride. Everyone was welcomed with open arms, but not everyone felt liberated. Some of his relatives, however, went to his paternal grandmother&#039;s house nearby. The house was empty within a few months. Only his maternal grandmother and the wife of her second son remained at home. Despite rumours and fears, the military did not enter their village. As a result, everyone&#039;s panic quickly turned into a picnic. They were safe and secure for whatever reason. There was no one to bother them at his maternal grandfather&#039;s house. However, one local idiot used to annoy his maternal grandmother by climbing into a palm tree over the canal next to the house. His maternal grandfather told his maternal grandmother to hide Nomus If anyone came into the house.
One day, he saw from under the bed, two of his paternal uncles coming to their house with guns in their hands. They asked for him. His grandmother and aunt, however, did not say where he was. They looked for him in every room of the house because they had received orders from above to transport him to the capital. Nonetheless, they were unable to locate him. After failing to locate him, they decided to have sex with two women at gunpoint. Moreover, they committed that heinous crime in a cheerful mood, one after the other. They did the same thing to every virgin they got their hands on that I witnessed. While the uncles were walking away, that tiny, thin man appeared out of nowhere to help them. That tiny man assured his uncles that he would find the child. His uncles were astounded to hear that man&#039;s speech. What could that little fellow do that their guns couldn&#039;t? Nevertheless, then that tiny man came in and opened the quilt on the bed. They were completely taken aback when they discovered one tiny pair of socks. They were convinced that he was hiding somewhere. They searched everywhere and eventually found Nomus under the bed. Furthermore, the little boy&#039;s excursion did not end well here. It was only the start of the story.
Thereafter, on the way, one of his uncles abandoned them for the sake of his friends. They then went to the home of one of his paternal grandmother&#039;s first nieces. She was Japanese doll-like, married but had no children. His uncle, named Mr Ramuk fell in love with her at first sight. When he discovered she was married and her husband had joined the opposition party, he quickly tied her to the wall and severely beat her. Mr Ramuk used to have sexual relations with her several times a day. He even put a bottle inside of her. She cried, but it was in vain. He had been at it for seven days. Her husband broke into the house like a thief on the seventh day. However, his uncle Ramuk became aware of his presence and fled the house like a thief. Nomus stayed at his aunt&#039;s house by himself. Then Mr Rinom, a powerful young man and the younger brother of his aunt, appeared. He dragged Nomus through paddy fields, grasslands, and canals. They arrived at his paternal grandmother&#039;s house, where his mother was waiting for him. She needed to feed another baby. The baby was his 9-month-old younger brother, named Nojus. After a few days, Nomus&#039;s father arrived at the house. He was dead set on taking them to the capital. Therefore, they took a bus and arrived on a ferry on the Meghna River. A military officer ordered all passengers on the bus to disembark. As the military man asked his mother what she had taken in a large can, she trembled with fear. His father informed him that the tin can contained powdered milk. That military man appeared to be confident in his response. He then allowed them to board the bus. Nobody bothered them on the way. They arrived at their destination in the capital city without any incident. His father&#039;s mother was present at the house. When asked if there was a problem, she replied confidently, &quot;Not at all.&quot; Both of his parents were happier than they had ever been. His grandmother, on the other hand, asked his father to go out and bring food for the family. As soon as his father left the house, another uncle, named Mr Ribok who had dropped him off on his way to his aunt&#039;s house, walked in with a machine gun. &quot;What prompted you to recommend our names to the General, he directly questioned his mother. For training, they did send us to a neighbouring nation where there were no women available. We could only turn left or right.&quot; His mother was frightened to see him holding a heavy machine gun. She chose to remain silent. His uncle pushed his mother in front of him onto the bed and had sexual relations with her. That day was September 22, and Nomus would never forget it. His mother burst into tears as soon as his uncle left the room. Furthermore, his father did not appear that day. After three days of waiting, they decided to return to the country house. His paternal grandmother led the way at the time. It had been pouring heavily the entire time. He believed that human crying had a connection to nature. He cried, and nature cried with him, In any case, no wound lasts forever. Time heals all</title>

				<title>Nomus understood that his anger ruled them dramatically, that they could not move. After a while, a woman among them came near to Nomus, bowed down and asked him softly to hand over the revolver to her hand. She assured him repeatedly. She had an angelic face that he had never seen before. After a while, Nomus gave the revolver to her. She took it smoothly. She also gave him a very soft kiss on his cheek. Everybody started clapping, saying, &quot;Bravo, bravo.&quot; A young man also approached him and bowed down and he said, &quot;We did not see our Lord, but we see Him now.&quot; There was murmuring among the group. They were happy but about to leave as soon as possible. For the first time, Nomus noticed a helicopter on the road. Its big wings started to swing heavily. In the meantime, he came to know their names and came to know that the helicopter pilot hails from his maternal uncle Nohkam&#039;s country home. There prevailed a pleasing environment. Among the dignitaries present, there were: The Chief Minister of West Bengal, the Home Minister of Pakistan, the Chief of the Pakistan Army (who was nullified by the little boy Nomus), and the Young Prince of Edinborough. The beautiful lady was the pilot&#039;s wife, and the co-pilot was a countryman. While leaving, all shouted, &quot;Bravo, bravo, enjoy, enjoy Bangla.&quot; From an unknown place, hundreds of people came running down the street, shouting, “Joy Bangla, Joy Bangla&quot;. Soon it turned into a big procession. Meanwhile, his innocent uncle, Mr Nohkam had fixed his pyjama. He put Nomus on his shoulder and ran away towards home. Later, Nomus learned that there was a daylong curfew on that day. After that incident, he could never go up there anymore.</title>

				<title>Do Not Look For Him
Jehoba Sumonder

Oh, Lord !
This is the story of an old man who was once a child named Nomus. He had no idea that the creator of all creation existed in the beginning. Someone informed him of it when he was four years old. It caused him a great deal of distress. Nomus did, however, frequently forget about his existence, as he knew everything. As a result, he never paid attention to anyone. He always walked straight or upright. However, walking like this caused him to slip on the road several times. He could even see many dead men who were still alive and approaching. He had no idea they were dead at the time. When he was four years old, out of fear of the odds and the persistence of his ability to see the invisible, he invented lies. He had no idea how to lie. He could understand many languages as a child, but he completely forgot about them after the lie was invented. Now let me tell you about his upbringing.
He was his parents&#039; first born child. He was the eldest of three brothers. They were wealthy at first, but they quickly became impoverished. His father owned a bookstore. He did not dress up for a night out. As a result, he used to be semi-naked all the time, but going everywhere was extremely convenient.
On the eve of his second birthday, March 12, 1970, his mother made him some nice clothes. One of his maternal uncles, named Nohkam, had just returned from the village after finishing the school final exam. He slung Nomus over his shoulder and went for a walk in the fresh air. There was a nice breeze on that day. The sidewalk was spotless. They could not find anyone on the street! A loud voice cut them off. A military man ordered Nohkam to stand still. He stood up, the little boy on his shoulder trembling as much as his uncle does. As the military man approached the uncle and pulled the lace of his pajama, it fell to the ground. Mr Nohkam remained speechless for the time being. &quot;Hey, you&#039;re not circumcised!&quot; exclaimed the military man and began to laugh at him. &quot;You infidels are ruining our country, you bastards,&quot; he said loudly, brandishing his revolver. Hearing this remark, the little boy, Nomus lost control and climbed down from his uncle&#039;s shoulder, angrily walking in front of that military man and yelling at him, &quot;You bastard, go, go, go.&quot; &quot;You tiny bastard, shout as much as you can if you can,&quot; the military man said as he turned toward Nomus, his revolver in Nomus&#039;s mouth. He had not anticipated the situation. He remained silent for a while, the military man staring at him like a big animal. Nomus had no idea how much time had passed. He noticed a group of white men and a woman standing behind the military man as if they were unsure what would happen next. Nomus threw his left hand up, and the revolver fell into his right hand. Everybody there exclaimed at once and said, “O Lord, O Lord.&quot;
