Husband-wife relationship is sacred. Complement each other. Knotted with a thread. A promise of two hearts. Although two people have two bodies, their soul relationship is the same. But two people are genetically different. Two people of the opposite edge. Nevertheless, the two have an eternal bond of love. An invisible power. Heavenly relationship. Living in this marital relationship. Both men and women are its partners. Faith, love, modesty, honesty by a happy and peaceful sweet relationship develops in married life. A beautiful family is formed. Life is built on good ideals. Walking with happiness, sadness, laughter and tears. A married couple has to compromise among themselves move forward. Sometimes, differences of opinion between two people lead to bitterness in the relationship. It gradually deteriorates. The stability of the marital relationship is threatened. At one time, the final result of two people’s disagreement is separation! It can be by decision of single or both. A huge wall was created between the both sides. The Hon’ble Court resolved this unwelcome, complex and tragic issue. Even if one party is satisfied with the victory or defeat, it has a negative impact on the individual, family, society and even the state. The marital system or structure which is very important for a healthy, beautiful, happy, refined, prosperous and peaceful life gets weakened. Both are indirectly harmed. After all, love is defeated. A different chapter of life is written. Two sides of two people. A very close beloved goes behind the heart. Out of sight, far away… Maybe, he/she will never come back. The ghastly wildfire of separation burns the heart. An intense pain of not getting has exclusively powerful effect on the mind. So grief! Long times dormant memories are reawakened deep in the heart. Fresh and diverse thoughts travel faster than the speed of light in this vast universe. Sharpens self-realization. Calculation begins in the mind. This makes people emotional, depressed, upset, irresponsible or inconsiderate decision-making, generous minded or possessing a great personality. Yet, in the distance or unavailability of that loved one, there is a strong attraction. Sensitive feeling of eternal love. A source of endless inspiration. Therefore, an irresistible desire to get close to him/her arises. And in that getting there is self-satisfaction, peace and greatness. A heavenly happiness. But, that desire is never fulfilled. But what, non-availability or failure there is also between a different utmost happiness, who knows?
